PRESIDENT

Joel Matthews

I am the owner and president at National Packaging. When I’m not in the office, you can probably find me out hunting or spending time with my grandchildren.

Michael Putman

VICE PRESIDENT OF OPERATIONS

I oversee NPC's day-to-day operations, providing leadership and direct strategic support to all of our operating departments. When I'm not working at National, you will probably find me out tournament bass fishing or watching my daughters play softball.

Scott Matthews

VICE PRESIDENT OF SALES

I am responsible for leading and directing the sales process at National. When I'm not talking to customers or potential customers, you'll probably find me hunting, traveling, reading, and spending time with my family.

Cedric Toney

Product Manager

I oversee the entire production process and ensure all activities are carried out within the budget and completed by the time given for the production plan. When I'm not at National, you'll probably find me working on home repair and improvement projects or shopping for antiques and lost treasures.

Rebecca Watkins

HR Manager

I am responsible for the Human Resources department, including hiring, pay, benefits, and leave, while enforcing company policies and practices. When I'm not working at National, I enjoy traveling or spending time at home with my husband and children.

Jay Kempson

Warehouse Manager

I manage and direct inbound and outbound shipments for National and all company warehouse duties. When I'm not working at National, I enjoy spending time with my wife and kids, hunting, fishing, or playing golf.
